When is the best time to drink Rush! Energy®?
For maximum effect, drink Rush! Energy® about 30 minutes before you need an extra “rush” of physical or mental energy, whether you’re on a long road-trip, studying for a test, getting primed for a sporting event or just having a long day at the office. The ingredients in Rush! Energy® take full effect after 30 minutes.
How many cans of Rush! Energy® can I drink per day?
The caffeine content of an 8.3-oz. can of Rush! Energy® or Rush! Energy® Lite is comparable to that of an 8-oz. cup of tea. In terms of digestibility, you should drink Rush! Energy® in the same amounts that you are able to comfortably consume coffee, which varies from person to person.
Are there any negative side effects I might experience from the taurine, choline or glucuronolactone in Rush! Energy®?
Taurine, choline and glucuronolactone have a number of positive health effects, but have not been reported to cause any adverse effects.
